“I am beginning to view others through a different lens. This program is teaching me how to see that I have more of a choice in so many areas. Emily is helping me to understand that even though things might feel deeply hurtful or frustrating, I do not have to remain in this. One skill I am working on is taking control of my own thoughts and feelings. I am also becoming a planner and learning how to protect my time.
I love being coached. It helps to have someone walk through the process with you. It also helps to go back and listen to the old coaching calls. Sometimes you need the reminder or you might pick up new information or be refreshed on what you were thinking at the time.
