Magnify

Prepare your heart, home, and mind for a peaceful, prayerful Advent and Christmas.

If you don’t have a calm plan for your calendar and heart…
you don’t have a peaceful way to welcome Christ.
(It’s hard to make Him room when your mind is racing, your kids are melting down, and you can’t remember the last time you took a deep breath.)
Magnify is an 8-week live program that helps Catholic homeschool moms prepare their hearts, homes, and minds for a peaceful, Christ-centered Advent so you can trade the chaos and disappointment for calm and joy.

(Because yes—you can create Christmas magic and keep your peace, too.)

  REAL QUICK...
Can I read a page from your journal?

If I had to guess, it would go something like this:

Every year, on Christmas afternoon, you find yourself surrounded by wrapping paper scraps (that you’ll have to clean up later) and you feel it again. That little letdown. That sense that somehow… it all slipped by in a blur.

As you think back over Advent and Christmas, it hits you:

  • You spent more money than you meant to (and still feel it wasn’t enough)
  • You didn’t handle the comments from your in-laws with the grace and virtue you’d hoped for.
  • The kids’ reactions weren’t what you imagined.
  • You fell off your devotions and never shared the deeper beauty of the season with your kids the way you wanted.
  • You’re ending the holidays tired, disappointed, and already dreading doing it all again next year.
Sound Familiar?

This is the story of so many big-hearted Catholic moms who dream of holy, joy-filled homes but find themselves stuck in survival mode when the season they used to love most finally arrives.

I know, because I’ve helped hundreds of those moms… and I used to be one myself. But I also know there is a better way to do Advent and Christmas.

Really, you don't need the perfect Christmas.
You need a calm, Christ-centered way to prepare your heart, home, and mind so this holy season doesn’t rush past in a blur of stress and striving.

We get there with a plan that feels good to follow—simple enough to stick with, structured enough to actually help you reach your goals, and centered on glorifying Christ all season long.
That's exactly why I created Magnify.

For 8 weeks I’ll walk with you through pre-Advent, Advent, and Christmas.
And I’ll help you find peace in the places that usually steal it:

…your time (when it feels like there’s never enough),

…your priorities (when everything feels urgent), and

…your intentionality (when your calendar is full but your heart still feels scattered).

Together with a circle of Catholic moms seeking the same peace and purpose you are, we’ll…
  • Redeem your time so your schedule reflects your values and your life finally feels spacious again. (Yes, even during the busiest time of year!)

  • Clarify your true priorities so you can focus on what matters most and finally release the rest. (This is what makes your Advent/Christmas list doable + calms your calendar so much.)

  • Turn your good intentions into intentional choices that shape your season around what truly matters. (This is how you create the Christmas magic your family will remember without the meltdowns, guilt, or regret—from the kids or you.)

After Magnify, moms tell me it was the first Christmas they’d actually enjoyed in years. And the only thing between you and a calm, joyful Christmas is the plan and support to make it real.

That’s exactly what Magnify offers.

What moms just like you are saying...

  • “Before joining I felt overwhelmed and indecisive. I was stuck—spinning my wheels with lots of thinking and researching. I love the NOW process which helps me pause, allow myself to feel emotions, and work through them instead of pushing them down."

Kate, Happy, Holy Mama of 3

  •  The most powerful thing I’ve learned so far is that my presence and cheerful attention are worth far more than the tasks I accomplish. Being coached by Emily is like talking to my best friend or a wiser, older friend. If you’re on the fence, just do it. The connection I have gained with my family, the support I can offer myself, and my response to difficult situations have made this investment in myself infinitely valuable.”

Rebecca, Happy, Holy Mama of 9

  • “Emily is very personal and thoughtful. No judgment. It's so helpful to hear others being coached because I can usually relate in some way. It also helps me feel less alone — it's been a breath of fresh air."

Claire, Happy, Holy Mama of 3

After homeschooling seven kids for the last seven years, and coaching hundreds of my fellow Catholic homeschoolers, here's what I can tell you:

The biggest shift that changed everything about our holidays was starting before Advent.

I know, Advent is the season to prepare (and spiritually, it absolutely is). But if you wait until Advent to start planning, you’ll already feel behind on Christmas cards, gift lists, lesson plans, feast days, and the endless rotation of concerts, parties, and co-op events that make December feel like a blur.

And that’s just the logistics.

Add in the emotional minefield of the holidays: your mother-in-law’s “just-trying-to-help” comments, kids running high on sugar and low on sleep, an over-extended spouse, and your own exhausted heart trying to hold it all together…

…And Nov 30th feels less like the start of a holy season and more like the ultimate test of your sanity and patience.
If I can be really frank for a moment, God came into this world and became like us so we could become like Him.

That’s what this season is really about: slowing down enough to be changed by His presence—His Incarnate presence!

And if your heart longs for that but your days feel like you’re drowning in everything else, Magnify was made for you.

Magnify breaks down into 8 simple, guided lessons designed to bring peace to your heart, home, and habits without adding one more thing to your plate.
MODULE 1

Think like Mary, not like Eve

When faith starts to feel like one more task instead of your source of peace, it’s a sign something in your mindset, not your effort, needs realignment.

This week:

  • You’ll learn how to identify what you’ve been magnifying in your life—stress, perfectionism, or self-reliance—and gently redirect that focus back to God. By recognizing the thoughts and emotions driving your overwhelm, you’ll begin to build awareness and peace in daily life.
  • You’ll also learn how to use my signature self coaching model to separate facts from feelings, understand how your thoughts create your experience, and practice thinking more like Mary.
  • I’ll show you how to create your own “Mary-model mantra” and compass words to guide your mindset through the holidays, and how to plan ahead intentionally so you enter Advent prepared, peaceful, and ready to magnify the Lord in all you do.

By the end of this module, you’ll:

    • Know your recurring thoughts and emotions and how to reframe them in truth.
    • Have a simple Advent checklist ready before December begins.
    • Hold a personal “Mary-model mantra” to return to when overwhelm hits.
    • Feel lighter, clearer, and more present with God and your family.

      MODULE 2

     Fear of Suffering

Uncover the habits and emotions driving your reactivity and teach you how to pause, breathe, and respond with calm. You’ll learn to bring Christ into daily moments so parenting and homeschooling flow from peace instead of pressure, anxiety or stress.

    This week:

    • You’ll discover why your brain reacts the way it does when things go wrong and how to step out of those automatic stress patterns. We’ll look at common “loops” like snapping, replaying worries, or numbing out, and practice simple ways to pause before they spiral.
    • You’ll learn how to find your calm again (quickly!) and how to walk through tough emotions instead of getting stuck in them. Together, we’ll bring those moments to prayer, naming what you’re trying to control and handing it back to God, like Mary did.
    • You’ll also create an anchor statement for when life feels heavy, helping you stay steady, gentle, and grounded in peace.
By the end of this module, you’ll:
    • Notice your personal stress patterns and interrupt them with grace.
    • Know how to return to calm and process emotions in real time.
    • Recognize what you’ve been trying to control and surrender it to Jesus.
    • Feel steadier, kinder, and more present with your family.

    MODULE 3

     Planning and Boundaries

When our measurement for a “successful” Christmas hinges on doing all the things, we end up exhausted in decision fatigue, last-minute scrambles, and feeling behind.

    This week:

    • You’ll learn my signature system for planning your days and projects with intention, using prayerful priorities instead of perfectionism (yes, there will be planning sheets 🙌🏼).
    • You’ll discover how to build margin into your week, make decisions without second-guessing, and organize tasks in a way that serves your season, not the other way around.
    • You’ll also explore how to set healthy, faith-filled boundaries that protect your peace with family, your kids, and yourself so you can live from a posture of openness and trust, like Mary, instead of pressure and control.

By the end of this module, you’ll:

    • Know your top time priorities and how to plan around them with clarity and calm.
    • Feel confident simplifying your schedule without guilt or second-guessing.
    • Have a flexible weekly plan that aligns with your values and vocation.
    • Know how to set gentle but firm boundaries that preserve peace.
    • Approach your days with a heart of surrender and receptivity like Our Lady.

    MODULE 4

     Joyful Anticipation

You know that letdown that hits right after the holidays? The feeling that you did all the things, but somehow missed the joy? That’s what we’ll work on in this module.

    This week:

    • You’ll explore the difference between anticipation and expectation and how to notice your thought patterns so you can uncover what’s fueling your stress, and shift toward Mary’s posture of hope and trust.
    • You’ll reflect on what you’ve been clinging to (plans, traditions, outcomes) and learn how to release them through prayer, presence, and small, faithful action.
    • You’ll also spend time identifying your “joy blockers” and crafting new rhythms of rest, prayer, and reflection that help you magnify Christ in the midst of family life, not outside of it.

By the end of this module, you’ll:

    • Recognize what steals your peace and how to respond with calm instead of control.
    • Know the difference between joyful anticipation and draining expectations.
    • Create a simple mindset and prayer practice for Advent that restores hope.
    • Feel lighter, freer, and more rooted in the joy of Christ’s coming.

    MODULE 5

     The Visitation, Relationships

Few things feel more awful than spending “the most wonderful time of the year” snapping at your kids, walking on eggshells with your spouse, and bracing for a comment from a relative.

    This week:

    • Using my signature JOY order, we’ll work on separating facts from stories and noticing triggers, so you can pause before you spiral.
    • Build calm, holy boundaries (for mealtimes, screens, schoolwork, tone of voice, holiday gatherings and everything in between).
    • We’ll also focus on repairing and reconnecting. I’ll give you three proven ways to de-escalate any situation so you can adopt Mary’s posture of trust at the Visitation so you can serve Jesus in the person in front of you.

By the end of this module, you’ll:

    • Name your top relationship triggers and the patterns that keep conflict on repeat.
    • Have a short list of clear, compassionate boundaries (and follow-through) you can use immediately. And have a bank of calm scripts when emotions spike.
    • Know how to return to peace quickly (60 seconds or less) so you can reset anytime
    • Feel more connected and confident leading your home with mercy and authority, not grasping, angry control

    MODULE 6

     Planning Ahead for Christmas Week

The closer Christmas gets, the louder the mental noise. It’s easy to drown in unfinished lists, shifting plans, late nights, and the fear you’ll miss the moments that actually matter.

    This week:

    • You’ll learn how to quiet the mental clutter and create a simple rhythm for Christmas week that keeps your heart centered on Christ and your home running smoothly.
    • We’ll walk through setting gentle boundaries, choosing what to release, and building in time for joy, prayer, and rest.
    • You’ll also make space for reflection and thanksgiving, turning ordinary moments—meals, conversations, bedtime prayers—into places of grace.

By the end of this module, you’ll:

    • Have a clear, doable plan for Christmas week that protects your peace.
    • Know your top priorities and feel free to let go of the rest without guilt.
    • Build margin for prayer, rest, and connection with your family.
    • Stay present with your husband and kids even when plans shift.
    • Hold boundaries that keep your home calm and Christ-centered.
    • End the week feeling grateful, not depleted—with memories that reflect the joy you prayed for.

    MODULE 7

     Being in the Present Moment

So often Christmas week feels like a blur—rushing between events, managing kids, and trying to make everything feel “special.” You reach the end of it feeling tired, guilty, and wondering if you ever truly experienced it. This module brings everything together.

    This week:

    • You’ll take time to intentionally plan for presence, deciding ahead of time how you want to think, feel, and show up this Christmas.
    • You’ll practice loving yourself along the journey instead of waiting until you’ve “arrived,” allowing grace to shape your days the way it shaped Mary’s.
    • Through reflection, prayer, and gentle planning, you’ll enter Christmas with peace and purpose—ready to receive whatever the week holds as a gift.

By the end of this module, you’ll:

    • Feel grounded and calm, even when plans change or chaos arises.
    • Know how to return to peace quickly instead of spiraling into frustration.
    • Experience Christmas as a sacred encounter, not a performance.
    • See your motherhood through the eyes of gratitude rather than guilt.
    • Trust that you are exactly where God wants you to be—living this moment with Him.

    MODULE 8

     Evaluate, Celebrate, Look Ahead

By the time the tree’s needles start to fall, most moms are running on fumes… still tidying, still second-guessing, still wondering if they “did enough.” It’s easy to rush past the grace of what God just did in your heart and home.

    This week:

    • You’ll pause to celebrate the growth you’ve experienced—both the visible wins and the hidden, interior ones. You’ll reflect on what went well, what you learned, and what the Holy Spirit is inviting you to carry into the new year.
    • Together, we’ll practice resting in the peace of the manger, embracing humility and gratitude for how far you’ve come, and listening for what God wants to do next.
    • You’ll close out the season by thinking ahead to what next year could be like and resting in that anticipated joy.

By the end of this module, you’ll:

      • Feel deep peace and gratitude for how God moved during Advent and Christmas.
      • Recognize the real fruit of your growth—patience, presence, surrender, and joy.
      • Know what to keep nurturing and what to gently release moving into the new year.
      • Experience rest that renews both your spirit and your vocation.
      • Carry forward a renewed sense of purpose, ready to magnify the Lord in whatever comes next.

Magnify is the only program created for Catholic homeschool families that walks with you through the entire holiday season—teaching you how to manage your mind, your home, and your heart so you can actually enjoy the season you’ve been praying for.

And I know it will be a game-changer for your family if…

✨ You’re a Catholic homeschool mom who wants the season to feel meaningful, not manic. You want to create the magic of Christmas you had as a kid (or wish you had ♥️), but you also crave a slower rhythm, a calmer heart, and a home that actually reflects the peace you’re trying to cultivate.

✨ You’re tired of being needed by everyone but also largely forgotten in the Christmas chaos. Magnify gives you a breath of peace in the middle of it all so you can slow down, feel present again, and actually enjoy the season.

✨ You’re a faith-filled woman who wants Advent and Christmas to be about more than activity. You long to experience them the way Mary did—with trust, surrender, and holy anticipation. Magnify gives you the mindset, structure, and spiritual support to do exactly that.

        Mama, I get it.

I’m a Catholic homeschooling mom of seven—our oldest is already off to college, with more hot on his heels—and I spent way too many holidays of their childhood feeling overwhelmed, disappointed, and lonely.

I knew I was blessed. But between creating the “perfect” liturgical experience, keeping up with homeschooling, and managing every Christmas event and emotion, I was exhausted and guilty for not enjoying the season I loved most.

I tried therapy—it helped some—but I still lacked the practical, faith-rooted tools my family needed for daily peace.

Then I found skills that changed everything. I learned how to:

      • Steady my emotions and set the tone in my home.
      • Grow in the virtues God was actually calling me to.
      • Enjoy my kids, even when life wasn’t picture-perfect.
      Now, December looks totally different.

We have eleven events a week, end-of-semester projects, and gifts for nine people to buy—but our home is calm, our relationships are strong, and peace actually lasts.

Because mom sets the tone in the home.

When I practiced these tools, everything shifted—not just me, but the atmosphere of our whole family.

      And now, it’s your turn.

In Magnify, I’ll share the exact tools I use every day to maintain and magnify peace, enjoy my children, and create memories that last.

You’ll go from stressed, scattered, and spiritually drained to calm, prayerful, and fully present—with a home that feels as peaceful as you’ve always wanted it to be.

By the end of Magnify, you’ll...

Have a clear, Christ-centered plan for your calendar, home, and heart that actually works in real life so you can protect your peace and make room for prayer without letting the to-do list take over.

Feel peaceful and present in your vocation as a Catholic homeschooling mom—no more swinging between guilt and exhaustion or wondering where the holiness went.

Build sustainable systems for planning and prayer that support your family rhythms and your interior peace all year long. With Magnify’s weekly coaching and daily micro-practices, faith and family will finally flow together in a way that feels simple, doable, and deeply nourishing.

Handle chaos and conflict with grace. You’ll have both the mindset and the emotional tools to stay centered, compassionate, and confident—no matter what the day brings.

Got a couple questions yet? Let’s chat.

What if I don’t have time for one more program?
Totally fair. Magnify is designed for busy homeschooling moms: a prep week to get you set up, six weekly 90-minute live workshops (we actually block 90 minutes so real work gets done), and daily micro-practices designed to take about 10 minutes. If you can’t make a live call, replays are available shortly after each session.
I’ve tried Advent guides and checklists before. How is this different?
Most guides give ideas. Magnify includes implementation: live coaching, week-by-week workbook pages (not a single dump of PDFs), practice time during the calls, and community accountability. We pair practical planning (everything from meal strategies to homeschool rhythms) with soul-practices (Church-backed mindset tools, scripture, and inspiration from Our Lady and the Saints). Magnify is the difference between reading a recipe and actually cooking the meal with someone standing beside you.
My family situation is complicated (special needs / big family). Will this work for us?
Yes. Magnify meets you where you are by teaching practices you can do—not “fixes” that depend on other people changing. You’ll learn tiny, repeatable rhythms (about 10 minutes) that steady your nervous system, short scripts and boundary moves that protect your time and energy, and simple triage tools to prioritize what truly needs your attention on any given day. We focus on what is within your control: how you show up, how you respond, and the small habits that rebuild your capacity.
I’ve saved IG reels and Pinterest ideas, read books… all the things. Why would this stick when that hasn’t worked?
Most of those tools (while fun and helpful!) only give information and insight. Magnify is about turning insight into practicable, sustainable habits. We workshop the application live, give you tiny daily practices (so real change starts to happen in your home), and coach you in real time when you’re not sure what to do next.
I’m worried about being judged on calls.
Every mama in the program is just like you, struggling with the same things you are, and just wanting to learn a better way. Our community is the best place on the internet for a Catholic homeschooling mama to feel supported, encouraged, and lifted up no matter what is going on in her home or homeschool!
How soon will I see a difference?
Many moms notice a calm shift within the first week. By the end of the program, you’ll experience Advent and the holidays differently than you ever have before. In January, you’ll be able to look back at the way you usually experience this season—with disappointment, frustration, and exhaustion—and say, “I was present, peaceful, and I actually enjoyed Christmas.”

If you’ve been craving a peaceful, intentional Advent and Christmas…

...you don’t have to do it alone.

Magnify is your invitation to step out of the chaos and into calm—to prepare your heart, your home, and your family for the beauty of Christ’s coming with peace and purpose.

This is your chance to experience the season you’ve been praying for: one marked by grace, joy, and genuine presence.

You’ve spent so many years pouring into everyone else.

Now it’s time to let God pour into you.

Take this small, faithful step toward the life you’ve been hoping for—one filled with peace, confidence, and deep spiritual renewal.

This is your personal invitation to practice Mary's Magnificat for yourself, for real!

Come join us for the simplest, surest path to actually enjoying your family, your holidays,
and yep, even yourself this year!
